ALL CLEARANCE SALES FINAL - no returns, credit or exchanges.

helmboots.mom will gladly accept returns on unworn and unused items. Please contact HELM Boots via
phone or e-mail to request a Return Authorization Number. This number must accompany the return or the
package will be refused. Shipping will be reimbursed only if we erroneously sent you the wrong shoes
(i.e., size, color, style). Otherwise, you will be responsible for charges related to shipping shoes back
to us. Items must be unworn & in its original packaging along with your receipt.

Please return items within 30 days of receipt to ensure timely transactions.

Return Policy

* Any/all returns without proper authorization number will be refused and returned to sender.
* Boots may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date on the receipt.
* Boots must be unworn and in their original, perfect condition in original shoe box in the same exact condition
as it was originally shipped.
* You may exchange the boots for another size, style or color but you will be responsible for all shipping charges.
